"Communication was difficult. The number given on the confirmation email was a call center that didn't care, the other option given was to reply email but this wasn't going though. I had contacted prior to pickup day to make minor changes, including phone number, and be sure all was well. I recieved a phone follow up which was reassuring as the new number was used. When our driver wasn't where I expected I had a traumatic 20 minutes trying to get through to someone. Our driver was early but couldn't contact me as he had been given the wrong number. "
