"Booking system was straight forward, I had a phone call within minutes of booking to clarify house number. I got a text the day before to confirm the pick-up, a txt to say driver was on his way and a phone call to say he was outside. Really, really liked this system. The driver was polite and chatty and the drive was smooth. All in all a very pleasant experience. "
